FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about our process, costs and the student portal. Can’t find yours? Ask us on WhatsApp.
Is the profile assessment really free?
Yes. Your first profile assessment is free and there is no obligation to continue with us.
Which countries do you work with?
We currently place students in South Korea, Finland and Cyprus. If you are interested in another country, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can I apply without IELTS?
Sometimes. Selected South Korean master’s programs assess English through a university interview, and some universities in Cyprus accept lower IELTS scores. It depends on the university and intake.
I have a study gap. Can I still apply?
Often yes. It depends on the length of the gap and what you did during it. We review it in your free assessment.
How much does it cost to study abroad?
It depends on the country, university and program. We give you a written estimate of application fees, tuition, bank statement and living costs before you start.
How long does the whole process take?
Usually 3–8 months from first application to visa, depending on the country and intake. Starting early gives you more university and scholarship options.
What is the student portal?
A private online account where you can see your application stage, upload documents securely and read updates from your counselor. Create one free at alphaabroad.com/portal.
Is my uploaded document safe?
Documents are stored privately and can only be opened by you and Alpha staff handling your application. They are never public on the internet.
Do you guarantee admission or a visa?
No honest consultancy can guarantee a visa, because the final decision belongs to the university and the embassy or immigration authority. We maximise your chances with a strong, complete and truthful application.
Where is your office?
Our office is in Narayanganj, Bangladesh. Call or WhatsApp us to book a face-to-face session.
