- Enquiry and assessment forms: your name, phone number, email, preferred destination, study level, academic results, English score and any message you send.
- Student portal: your account details (name, email, phone, password stored in encrypted form), your application details, and documents you upload such as passport, certificates, test results and bank statements.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to prevent spam.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and assess your study-abroad options.
- To prepare and submit applications to universities and visa or immigration authorities, with your agreement.
- To show you your application progress and send you updates by email or WhatsApp.
- To keep the website and portal secure.
Sharing
We share your information only with the universities, scholarship bodies and immigration authorities involved in your application, and with service providers who help us run the website. We never sell your personal data.
Your documents
Documents uploaded in the student portal are stored outside the public part of the website and can only be opened by you and authorised Alpha staff.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and documents at any time.
