What the language model will do next inside Alpha

Three modules are in beta: AI Match, Planner and SOP Coach. Three more are in the works. Each one is designed to write into a specific screen of the software, in a fixed structure, rather than chat.

Interview Room

Students answer practice questions in the portal. The model compares each answer with the application file (program, funding plan, study gap) and flags anything inconsistent or unclear. The counselor sees the practice transcript and the flags before the real interview.

Paper Check

When a file is uploaded, the model reads it and flags missing pages, unreadable scans, and names or dates that do not match the student’s profile. The flags appear next to the document in the counselor’s review screen, so review starts with the problems.

Caseworker (for consultancies)

A one-paragraph summary at the top of every student file. Draft WhatsApp and email replies, based on the file, for the counselor to approve or edit. New leads ranked by readiness using the rule check from AI Match.

What will not change

• Rules run before the model wherever a rule exists.
• Output is structured, so the software can show it in the right place.
• A counselor approves anything a student or another person will act on.
• Features stay labelled Beta or Next until they are switched on for everyone.
